Frances Acu has two decades of leadership experience serving a primarily global audience – collaborating with different leaders and cultures in Asia, Europe, Middle East, and the US. She has headed departments in Operations and Administrative Management, Corporate Communications, Business Development, Customer Service, and Learning & Development, and is an advocate of corporate engagement through volunteerism. She is a Gallup Certified Manager and Strengths Coach, a certified Maxwell Leadership Team Member, Biblical DISC Practitioner, and a Lead Like Jesus Encounter Facilitator.

 

She is co-founder of Lampara Leadership Management Consultancy and is one of the National Ministry Coordinators for Lead Like Jesus Philippines. Frances is passionate about faith, leadership, and strengths; and aims to bring key business management skills to churches, ministries, schools, and non-profit organizations, while bringing the gospel to the marketplace.

 

She is a mother of 2 young children and a wife to a loving husband, and juggles her days between family, ministry, and work.
