EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Breakthrough Leadership Management Consultancy, Inc.
These terms apply to registration for training programs, workshops, seminars, and other learning events organized by Breakthrough Leadership Management Consultancy, Inc. (“Breakthrough Leadership,” “we,” or “us”). Please read them before completing your registration.
1. Registration and Payment
Registration is subject to seat availability and written confirmation from Breakthrough Leadership following payment verification by the Events Manager. Please provide accurate participant and billing information.
Payment must be made by the due date stated in your quotation, invoice, or registration confirmation. Promotional and early-bird rates apply only when their stated conditions are met.
The registration fee covers only the inclusions described in the event announcement or quotation. Travel, accommodation, and other personal expenses are excluded unless expressly included.
2. Participant Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the contact person named in your registration confirmation or sales order.
At least five days before the event: A cancellation fee of 30% of the total registration fee applies. If fully paid, the remaining 70% will be refunded.
Fewer than five days before the event: The full registration fee is forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
Non-attendance: Participants who do not attend without an approved cancellation are not entitled to a refund.
The cancellation period is measured from when we receive your written request to the event’s scheduled start time. For these terms, “days” means calendar days.
Approved refunds will be coordinated with the payer. These provisions remain subject to applicable law.
3. Participant Substitutions and Transfers
If you cannot attend, you may request to nominate a substitute participant before the event begins. Substitution is subject to written approval and any program eligibility requirements.
Transfers to another event or schedule require written approval and are subject to availability and any difference in registration fees. A transfer request does not automatically cancel the original registration or suspend the cancellation deadlines.
4. Event Changes, Postponement, or Cancellation
We may make reasonable changes to facilitators, schedules, venues, or delivery arrangements while maintaining the event’s intended learning objectives.
If we postpone the event or materially change its date, location, or delivery format, registered participants may choose to accept the revised arrangement or receive a full refund of registration fees paid.
If we cancel the event, participants will receive a full refund of registration fees paid. Any alternative event or credit will be offered as an optional arrangement.
Please consider flexible travel and accommodation bookings, as refunds under this section cover registration fees only, subject to applicable law.
5. Participation and Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully, follow venue and safety rules, and help maintain a professional learning environment.
We may restrict or end participation where conduct involves harassment, threats, serious disruption, or a safety risk. Any related refund decision will consider the circumstances and applicable law.
Please notify us in advance of accessibility or dietary requirements so we can discuss available arrangements.
6. Learning Materials and Recordings
Materials supplied during the event are for participants’ personal learning and internal application. They may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, published, or used to deliver another training program without permission from the relevant rights holder.
Recording sessions requires prior written permission. Participants must respect the confidentiality of personal experiences and business information shared during discussions.
7. Certificates
Where a certificate is included, issuance is subject to the attendance and completion requirements communicated for that event. Participants are responsible for providing the correct name for their certificate.
8. Personal Information and Event Media
We process registration information to administer the event, manage payments, communicate with participants, and provide related services, in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy law and our privacy notice.
If photography or recording is planned, we will provide notice explaining its purpose and use. Where consent is required, it will be requested separately. Accepting these terms does not automatically constitute consent to promotional use of your image or voice.
9. Applicable Terms and Law
Any event-specific conditions provided before registration form part of your booking. If they conflict with these general terms, the expressly stated event-specific conditions apply, subject to applicable law.
The version of these terms provided at registration applies to your booking. Later website updates do not automatically change an existing booking.
These terms are governed by Philippine law. Nothing in them excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Questions and Requests
For registration concerns, cancellations, substitutions, or other requests, contact the Breakthrough Leadership representative identified in your event announcement, registration confirmation, or sales order.
