OUR WORK

We work alongside you to uncover your organization’s challenges, develop your people, and turn learning into action. Through assessment, tailored solutions, and measurable progress, we help build change that lasts beyond the classroom.

OUR AIM METHODOLOGY

From understanding your needs to creating lasting change.

ASSESS

We uncover your strengths, challenges, and development needs through focused conversations, organizational reviews, and assessments—identifying what matters most and where to begin.

Meaningful change starts with a clear understanding.

We examine your organization’s culture, ways of working, and employee experience to understand what supports performance—and what stands in its way.

  • Stakeholder Conversations — Interviews and group discussions that surface priorities, challenges, and perspectives across the organization.

  • Employee Surveys — Gather insights into engagement, culture, leadership, and development needs.

  • Organizational Review — Review relevant business goals, people data, and existing practices to identify gaps and opportunities.

We use focused tools to understand individual strengths, team dynamics, and people practices—helping identify specific development needs.

  • DiSC Behavioral Assessment — Understand behavioral preferences to strengthen communication and teamwork.
  • Human Capital Scan — Examine people and culture practices to identify priorities for organizational improvement.
  • Strengths Assessment — Identify individual talents to guide development and strengthen collaboration.

MEASURE

We measure and evaluate the learning experience, capability growth, workplace application, and organizational results, connecting development to our triple bottom line: People, Purpose, and Profit.

Lasting change takes continued attention.

Make learning relevant from the start.

We gather immediate participant feedback to understand how engaging, relevant, and useful the program was—and where the experience can improve.

How we measure: Post-program feedback forms assess engagement, relevance to participants’ roles, and the usefulness of the content and activities.

Build capability. Make growth visible.

We assess what participants have learned and how their knowledge and skills have developed. The Breakthrough Learning Application Plan helps them translate that learning into specific commitments for their roles.

How we measure: Pre- and post-program assessments track learning gains, while practical exercises demonstrate skills against clear criteria. Application plans identify the actions, timelines, and support needed to carry learning forward.
Turn learning into purposeful action.

We follow through on how participants apply their learning at work, focusing on behaviors that support shared goals, organizational values, and their contribution to the team.

How we measure: Follow-up reviews of application plans, manager observations, and examples of completed work track agreed behaviors at scheduled checkpoints, such as 30, 60, or 90 days.
Connect development to organizational value.

We examine how changes in workplace performance contribute to the outcomes your organization needs—from stronger productivity and service quality to cost savings and sustainable financial results.

How we measure: We agree on relevant indicators and establish baselines before the program, then review results over a defined period. Measures may include productivity, error rates, customer satisfaction, retention, costs, or revenue, depending on the program’s goals and available data.

OUR 70-20-10 LEARNING APPROACH

Our 70–20–10 approach brings together practical experience, learning with others, and formal instruction.
We design these elements to reinforce one another, helping your people turn new insights into everyday practice.

70% — Learn by Doing

Build capability through experience. Simulations, role plays, and workplace assignments give participants opportunities to practice new skills, address real challenges, and apply learning in their roles.

20% — Learn with Others

Grow through shared perspectives. Peer coaching, mentoring, feedback, and group discussions help participants learn from one another, reflect on their progress, and strengthen collaboration.

10% — Learn through Structure

Establish a strong foundation. Facilitated conversations, proven frameworks, and practical resources introduce the concepts and tools participants need to act with greater clarity and confidence.

OUR APPROACH IN ACTION

See how our AIM methodology helps organizations understand their needs, develop focused solutions, and evaluate progress.

Case 1
Building Leaders From Within

A client approached us to help prepare frontline employees for greater responsibility. Together, we developed a learning pathway that connected sales performance with the skills needed to lead a team.

We spoke with participants and their managers to understand where employees felt confident and where they needed support. By reviewing existing learning materials and expectations for team managers, we identified the gaps between succeeding as an individual contributor and leading others.

We organized the program into four progressive levels and integrated the learning modules into the client’s LMS. Participants completed short lessons before facilitated sessions, then practiced through sales scenarios and workplace assignments. Their managers supported the journey through check-ins and feedback on how they applied each skill.

We would evaluate the learning journey across four levels:

Engage: Gather feedback after each module on its relevance, usefulness, and ease of access. LMS records help track participation and completion.

Develop People: Compare pre- and post-program assessments and evaluate sales simulations and leadership exercises against consistent criteria.

Discover Purpose: Review Learning Application Plans with managers at 30, 60, and 90 days, using workplace examples to assess how participants coach, delegate, and support their teams.

Deliver Profit: Expected outcomes include more leadership roles filled internally, stronger participant retention, and improved sales performance as employees take on greater responsibility.

We began with confidential conversations to understand how each executive experienced the team. These revealed differences in expectations, unresolved tensions, and moments when collaboration broke down. We used those insights to identify the issues the team needed to work through together.

We facilitated several alignment sessions around real situations the executives faced across two quarters, giving them space to clarify expectations, surface concerns, and practice constructive feedback. Together, they agreed on how they would make decisions, handle disagreements, and hold one another accountable.

We would evaluate the engagement across four levels:

Engage: Gather confidential feedback on whether the sessions felt relevant and gave leaders space for honest, constructive dialogue.

Develop People: Use leadership scenarios before and after the sessions to assess how executives approach feedback, disagreement, and collaborative decision-making.

Discover Purpose: Repeat the trust and alignment assessment after three months, supported by peer feedback and examples of leaders honoring their shared commitments.

Deliver Profit: Expected outcomes include faster decisions, fewer cross-functional delays, and more shared milestones delivered on time as leaders work with greater alignment.

Case 2
Bringing Leaders Together

A client approached us because their executives were capable individually but struggled to move forward together. We helped them address the tensions and habits that were getting in the way of trust and alignment.
