A Vision Takes Root
Ardy and Tingting Roberto founded Salt and Light Ventures with a vision to inspire leaders to be the salt of the earth and the light of the world—preserving what is good and illuminating the way toward growth. That belief became the foundation of our corporate education heritage.
2014
A New Chapter Begins
Salt and Light entrusted its legacy to Breakthrough Leadership Management Consultancy, Inc. (BLMCI), under United Neon Media Group. Led by Boris Joaquin, we expanded our work to bring together corporate education and strategic consulting, supporting both people and organizational development.
